the location was really central! it made exploring so easy. the staff were helpful, i really appreciated their assistance. the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well!
The mini bar prices felt quite high! i didn't use it because of that. our room wasn't cleaned every day, that was a bit inconvenient because we ended up with overflowing bins. the gym was rather small. I wished there was more equipment.

I thought the location was perfect for seeing the city sites and restaurants. the rooftop views are awesome i enjoyed cocktails while watching the sunset. The pools were such a nice addition. the staff was super friendly and efficient. The rooms were spacious and modern. it was a great stay.
the check-in process took a little longer than i expected because there was necessary passport scanning.

the staff demonstrated really good friendliness it seemed like they genuinely wanted me to have a good experience. the team was efficient and always ready with a smile making my stay especially enjoyable i was very satisfied.

I totally loved the sky pool and bar. The views are amazing. Fresh pool towels are always available, and they replace them super quickly. I also appreciated the super central location. It is close to attractions, cool bars, and great restaurants. The WiFi signal was strong everywhere too! I also got an iron quickly when I asked. It was quite useful.
The minibar prices felt a bit high.

i found a grocery store nearby, and that was perfect since i prefer some meals outside restaurants. the pool area looked inviting, with comfortable loungers for relaxation. the employees were helpful, directing me to local attractions and transport options. they really made getting around so much easier!
The suite was expensive, so my expectations were high, but there were a few issues i noticed. the condition wasn't fully up to standard initially, though staff addressed my complaints quickly. also, finding an iron available proved difficult. The hotel seemed to have a limited supply.
